    Description of issue

    Playing as Barcelona I had an offer of 123M accepted for a player. I didn't actually have the budget to complete the deal but luckily I had the option to ask my board to step in and they agreed to complete the deal to sign the player.

    That was at the start of January, I'm currently in March and ever since that event I have not been allowed to adjust my budget even though I have around 500k surplus on my wage budget.
