    Description of issue

    My plan is to turn the Club World Cup into a competition for the first and second place teams in each competition. UCL, ACL, concacaf, africa championship league, Copa Libertadores, ofc championship league in six competitions and sub competitions. Anyway, the problem is that I can't bring in a second-place team.

    In the picture below, eight first-place teams are to be called out, and the second-place team in the ACL is to be called in at the end.  A total of nine teams must be registered.

    The problem is that only eight teams in the first place are registered and the second place team cannot be called as shown in the picture below.
