Description of issue
I have a youth player joining the club at the end of the season. They failed the initial work permit application so I waited and tried to apply again. I get an email saying that a decision will be made in 2 days time. That day passes, and no email is received. I can apply for another work permit as if nothing happened, but if it was granted then I shouldn't be able to, or if it was rejected then I should have to wait 120 days.
I foresee this becoming a problem once the player has joined because as it stands there is no way to apply for a work permit.
Steps To Reproduce:
Select the player joining the club in the Transfer window, apply for a work permit, wait until the day is reached, observe that no decision is made.
