  • Club Director Inappropriately Fires B Team Head Coach

    Description of issue

    Playing as Dortmund.  I have set the 'hiring and firing of Dortmund II Head Coach' as my responsibility.  After Dortmund II gets a humiliating loss vs Liverpool U23, a Board Director fires the D II head coach, despite it supposedly being my decision.

    As Dortmund II have expectations and are manageable as an individual club, then the head coach has to be answerable to the board, unlike a 23s team. So the manager does not have complete control over this decision, but does have an input. :)
