  • Loan offer with optional fee accepted but ends up being like a permanent transfer?

    Description of issue

    I made a loan offer for Aaron Ramsey. They initially requested for a mandatory future fee is i qualified for the champions league. I counter offered with a optional future fee which was accepted but there was a clause that states the fee is mandatory if i qualified for the premier league (which I am already in as Aston Villa).

    Subsequently negotiations proceeded as though it were a permanent transfer, please refer to attached screenshots thanks!
