  • Loan offers rejected, for no reason at all

    Description of issue

    I have several players that i offer for loans in order to develop. There are 2 options, in the development list and not
    -when they are not in the development list, i can do anything with the offers ( good) but they do not show as many offers / clubs as if they were in the development list ( i understand, the loan manager has some kind of network)
    -when they are in the development list, every loan offer is rejected for absolutely no reason, even if i set up at the minimum

    if you tell me it has to be exaclty the same, i have already tried put the exact wage percentage, playing time, nationg league, playing time they would offer and still gets rejected.

    If this isnt a bug, i do not get the point of having an development list if it doesnt work...
