  • Unable to negotiate or suggest term for transfer/loan offers

    Description of issue

    Since playing my FM22 save, whenever a team approaches me with a loan or transfer offer, the only options I have are to "Accept the Offer", "Stall the Offer" or "Reject Offer". Since the screenshot shows the offer as "Public", I should be able to counter offer, but the game isn't allowing me to do it.

    That makes sense, but isn't this a public negotiable offer? It appears to me to be one. But if this is a non-negotiable offer, then every loan request I ever get is non-negotiable. I have yet to be able to do anything other than 'accept' or 'reject' these offers. Seems a bit odd that every loan request has been non-negotiable.
