Bid Loans/Transfers by overseas clubs

I've found this as well, in paricular with loaning out players from Serie A clubs.

 

The vast majority of times I get offers from overseas clubs when I just want them to get some gametime at someone like Cagliari or Sassuolo. 

There's no way to put in loan young players.. even the newly purchased.

I don't understand why..

I've juust uploaded a save file for this.

 

It's called 'Lazio - loan issue.fms'.

 

I have about 8 or 9 players available for loan hoping to give them some Serie A/B game-time.

The only offers I've had are from Cadiz (Spain), Anderlecht (Belgium) and RKC (Holland).

No bids from italian teams. The worst thing is that the game select teams without real players to make a bid!

 

This issue is with the dev team now and is being looked at.

The bug still persists after 13.2.0 patch

Some other cases..

1st case) Why a young player like Maldini, with a big database with 5 nations with England, France, Germany, Italy and Spain loaded, should go to Ludogorets (without real players) in loan?? This kind of things, make become the game unreal.

The same situation with the most of players in the game..

 

2nd case) De Sciglio receives bids from.. who?? Bayer Leverkusen?? Manchester United??? Come on! Where are the italian teams????

I think you have to change the entire transfert system. It's totally unreal!
