Unable to bid / sign players who are on loan elsewhere

Do you happen to have a save from before Newcastle make a bid?

The reason you can't is because he has a buyout clause with Atalanta but Newcastle shouldn't be able to either so thanks for bringing this to our attention

sorry no I haven’t got a save before they bid. It also happened with Nuno Mendes who is at PSG. Other teams were bidding on him and I couldn’t.

Interestingly, the players didn’t sign for the teams who bid.
