    The game doesn't open completely, after displaying the logo and all, it goes blank and doesn't show anything or load the game completely, and yes I put on my data to load the game and it's the same thing

    Hello @Macaulay. Could you please tell us what device you are using and version of Android it is running? Also it would be very helpful to us if you could get a video screen capture of what is happening? This should help us start to narrow down what is causing the issue.
