Unable to load saved game

Can you provide us with your device model and OS version, can you also check your storage device and tell us if the save games are still there.

Não estou conseguindo carregar meu jogos salvos ,todas q tento carregar aparece  'impossível carregar dados salvos' o q devo fazer?

I had this issue but found storage was full on SD card
