    Description of issue

    I've noticed the amount of penatly misses has been increasing over the last few years. In this FM, I have very good penalty takers and we score about 1 in 5.

    Adding to this...
    I have missed 5 penalties in a row - 4 with Osimehn (14 penalty shooting & 15 composure)  & 1 with Mount (15 penalty taking and 15 composure).

    Not sure if this is a bug or not but feels a little extreme.

    I have this in two different save games (one single, one online with a friend). Single game, 2 out of 3 miss, online, only 3 out of 10 were a hit. It's ridiculous. Looking to the rest of the competition, every team scores a 100% with their penalties, so it seems to be a human-player-team error. See printscreen, timing during play-offs of CL.

    Appreciate it's been a while, but can I ask how you're finding these sort of issues on the game since the turn of the year? Have things improved/got worse/much the same?

    Let us know either way and I'll make sure the match team is made aware in case any further changes are required.
