Description of issue
Firstly Holding decides to pass it to the wrong player imo, we have one CB off the pitch injured, both FB's stay really wide, while no one steps in to cover for the injured CB making the space huge.
After the terrible pass, Holding for some reason stays in the position and actually walks away from where Kane is running towards

47:27 (First Half) - once again players dont know how to deal with balls that are played over the top of the defence, even when they get to the ball first they still mess up. Totally unrealistic that these issues are happening over and over again
46:58 (Second Half) - None of the 5 players react to a ball thats literally coming towards them..
