I've had this issue 2-3 times now in-game, when you for example want to make a sub and it flashes up with "Pending" and 'O' button to cancel, the game progresses but doesn't stop for the change to made (it continues to show "Pending", repeatedly pressing the 'O' button has no effect. You're only able to get out of this loop when you receive a prompt that one of your players are tired etc. Or you get to HT or Full Time.
