Not Allowing full 5 subs in some games

I'm only able to make 3 subs (EPL) in a match UNLESS the 4th or subsequent sub is an assistant manger suggestion and then it will allow it.

 

Opposition can and will make 3+ every game.

You have 3 stoppages (and half time), so you have 4 chances to make your 5 subs. For example, you can sub 2 players at 60mins, 1 player at 65mins and 2 players at 70mins. That makes 5 players in 3 stoppages/intervals.

Yes, as HUNT3R has said you can make five subs, but you need to make them within three match stoppages. So for example two subs at 60 mins, two at 70 mins and one at 80 mins. Hope this was helpful.
