Not sure if this is a bug or attributable to the player's attributes.
At 85:05, opposition CB launches a long ball forward. One of my CBs goes to contest the header against the opposing striker, while the other CB runs back to cover. The weird behaviour here is that the CB running back to cover (#18 Dunne) just keeps running backwards, without checking his surroundings or I guess no teammates shouting at him to turn around, because the ball gets flicked on by the opposing striker and pretty munch bounces right up to Dunne without him noticing at all. This allows the striker to take a first time shot from the edge of the box.
A similar occurence happens at 89:55 when my LB (#2 Tait) runs backwards to get back into position more as the opposition DM launches a clearance from their box that their winger is chasing. Tait runs back to the touchline next to the halfway line, and doesn't look back to see the ball that he could reasonably have recovered possession of a couple of seconds before. He ended up just managing to intercept it and pass to my DM before the opposing winger did.
