Penalty kick conversion rate during a game

Looks to just be unlucky, we'd need a bigger sample size to review if you notice it across the board.  

@nico_france Just to highlight, our penalty conversion for the simulation ranges between 75-80% for penalties converted, as we want to align with real life figures and this is something we will not be changing, otherwise Penalty Shootouts will never end  .
