Description of issue
After continuing to test this in the full game, there is still a bug with 'no specific instructions'. I've left pictures below, but last year and also in previous iterations of the game, when you would give a player no specific instructions, they would position themselves relative to whet position they were playing on the pitch (so basically a right winger/wing back would stand on the right hand side etc.) In the picture below, Kalajdzic is playing AM(R) (don't ask why) and he would stand in a right wing position when given 'no specific instructions'. In FM23 when you do the same thing, the player, regardless of what position they are playing, will stand on the half way line, as you can see below with Scamacca (again, don't ask me why I'm playing him on the left.) It's mostly the exact same for indirect/direct free kicks too, although some do work (haven't really had enough time to test though.) It's a real bummer because using 'no specific instructions' was one of the only real ways to get creative with set pieces, you could either use it to come up with some cool short corner routines, or use the player as a distraction and send the ball elsewhere. If this has been done intentionally and it is not a bug, then I struggle to understand why it's been removed, it was in no way an exploit (defenders would still mark the players with 'no specific instructions', but also sometimes not, exactly the same way bringing a player for a short corner would work.) If this was changed/taken out of the game intentionally, then I struggle to understand why the option of no specific instructions is still there, when it serves the same purpose as just your standard 'stay back'..png.2d687930fd5180bd314258457bc627da.png)
