Description of issue

I'm not entirely sure what supporting documentation to give here, but I'm happy to provide whatever I can.

The first match PKM I saved was Olympiacos v Aris.pkm. Since then, almost every PKM I've saved has defaulted to that same filename and needs to be manually renamed. The one exception, and I don't understand how or why, is the one PKM I saved of a U18 game I managed, which correctly generated the filename as expected.

Is this a UI issue, or have I messed a setting up?

Specifically, PKM names generate correctly if I wait for the match to be over, exit the match without saving the PKM, then re-enter the match (maybe by clicking on the Schedule tab and finding it there) and save the PKM. If I save the PKM before exiting it, it defaults to 'Olympiacos v Aris.pkm'.
