When you hover over a player with the small head icon, the club colours are not the one of their logo / title bar, but of the first kit (which in some instance can be different for a season than traditional club colours).
This is an issue because a) they can be missing the club colours (see example Veszprém, who would usually be red & blue)
b) more importantly be really garish colours, especially the reds, or bad colour combos of background and font
