Description of issue

When wanting to filter the clubs in the reputation tab (more precisely in Europe), the "Filter tab" does not work. For example, if I want to see the top clubs in Europe outside of the top 5 leagues (Germany, France, Italy, England, and Spain), I unselect them from the filter, but there is no effect on the clubs listed. What does work, however is when unselecting all nations. Pictures are added for clarity:
