International management - filter box for training and transfer responsabilities keep resetting

Could you give us some steps to reproduce, please? Not one we're sure how to investigate currently.

Start an international save (in my case Italy), go into staff responsabilities page, tick those two cathegories then leave the page and go back there, they are again unthicked.

 

I've noticed only because i needed to change the guy that gave the reports of the players and didn't found it, so i've noticed those two are unthicked by default and keep getting unthicked after you leave the page
