Match score does not agree with "latest scores" section

Can you upload your save, pkm + rec file so that our QA team can investigate this a bit further. 

To find your .rec file:

As soon as your problem match has finished - navigate to your matches folder then open the automatic folder. C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\matches\automatic

You should be able to find your match in here and see a file with a name ending in .rec

Save a copy of this file and keep it somewhere safe, since otherwise playing any further matches will overwrite this .rec file. We only store the last match played.

Provide this .rec file in your bug report, along with a save game from directly before the match you played. This is key since a .rec file is useless without the save game beforehand.
