Description of issue

Hi

I'm facing an issue since Beta. I'm based in Greece but want to play the game in English. But there are specific elements that are still displayed in Greek. I tried to change languages, even uninstall and re-install but the issue persists. I'm running Windows in English

If you search Languages in the preferences there should be two settings. Are both of these set to English?
