Description of issue
When you use the "Nation Knowledge" condition in Staff Search, it seems the limit (Is at least..) and the nation are filtered separately. So, if you filter for "At least Extensive Argentina", the filter searches for all staff that has ANY knowledge level in Argentina and Extensive Knowledge of ANY nation, not necessarily Extensive Knowledge in Argentina. Extensive Italy, Marginal Argentina shows up as well.
