No se ven los sustitutos - No substitutes seen

Is this happening in every match, or was it a one off / unique to one competition? 

¿Sucede esto en todos los partidos, o fue único / exclusivo de una competencia?

 

This happening with me also but they dont appear in the whole match and cannot make subs

 

This is one we believe we resolved in a previous update, but do let us know if you ever encounter it again.
