I really like that you have an easy option to add more scouts to one assignments and that you could let a scout be on more then one assignment, but i feel like that on the screen shown below there should be an extra lane that says how many assignments a scout has, because otherwise you will select the best scout faster, and let a lot of scouts sits unused from this screen. The seccond screenshot show the assignments feature, just add that lane to the first screen and it will be good.
