Description of issue
When my monitor is set to above 60 FPS, the screen will often flicker. The severity of the flickering can vary but it can get severe enough that I have to close the game as it is painful to look at. The flickering happens regardless of the skin I am using, in both windowed and full screen modes. The flickering only happens when out of a match, it doesn't happen during matches.
