Splash screen taking forever, stuck on above 4000+ fps.

If you're playing through steam would you be able to try this:
- Right Click the Game in Steam Library
- Select Properties
- Leave it on General and go to Launch Options
- Enter: --disable_flip_discard

If you are using an Nvidia graphic driver, please try the following:

- Open ‘Nvidia Control Panel’ -> ‘Manage 3D settings’ -> ‘Vertical sync’

- Change the setting to ‘Use the 3D application setting’
