tactics screen glitched after confirming squad registration

Not one we're really sure how to reproduce, could you give us a list of steps to reproduce if possible, please?

I think all I did in this screen was, prior to registering my new signing, I changed the columns view to include assistant manager's opinion of their CA and PA. Then once I registered somebody the page looked like this.

Luckily, there's a way to mostly fix this issue straight away, by clicking the 'Copy of selection info' dropdown and selecting the default tactics page view. However dragging reserves into the team can still be problematic.
