Under 21s celebrate a double! - Even though they have won 4 trophies

Had it again, here is a save file from before they won their 4th trophy, if the Under 21s win their U21 International Cup Final on 15/5/2027 it again says they have won the double as per screenshot. Save game added to ownCloud called David Heathcote - Man Utd copy.fm

Despite what the screenshot says the under 21s also won the Papa John's Trophy and U21 Premier Division Cup
