AC Milan Save - Too many lenghty injuries in a short time.

After a few weeks the problem with injuries doesn't seem to happen anymore

But i found one more error on this save. 

There should be a red card in this game, but as you can see Wilfried Singo received two yellows, but no red.

Thanks if you have time to see there is something with this save. Maybe I should start a new one to see if there will be errors again.

I will reupload the save in cloud.
