Description of issue

Hello folks!

It has happened more than once in the same save now, and I think it needs some looking.

Basically, transfer happens, board says I'll get say 45M added as transfer budget, but I never get it added.

Adding here screenshots for the transfer activity and the budget not adjusted further the day after...

I have separated a save with that in which it is reproducible, in case you guys want...

Appreciate it's been a while, apologies for the delay, but we'll investigate this ahead of future editions, thanks for the spot.
