Description of issue

Hello,

I have a budget of 15 mio. € in the 2nd season at BVB, despite UCL and selling players with installments for several seasons. Seems very low to me. I bought no players until now. Is this normal? If yes, wow, that's gonna be a real challenge, because the board wants me to win the UCL in a few years.
