Description of issue

A problem that has been bugging me for number years now is the overpowered regens in the game. Im now on October 8th 2023 and there are now already two to three 15-16 year olds in majority of the u21 national squads. Usually two years into the game the regens are overcrowding the younger national teams. This gives little options for real 16-17 year olds to progress through the national teams.
Personally I prefer not to use regens but I know that are an important addition to the game in order to ensure the longevity of a save but I think they are overshadowing real players too soon in the game.
