Description of issue
This is a bug that has always happened on Fm22 and iirc Fm21 after a while the additional focus of a player just gets removed and put on "None".
There's also an issue with the player position being removed from their training if they're learning a new position or the position set is a position they're not natural at. (this issue was also in fm22) In the attached screenshot I had all players join after I started the save and I always instantly set up their training. (give them role + additional focus)
The other screenshot is of a player that generated at my club and thus I set up his training as Shadow Striker - Shooting.. but as you can see that's now completely gone (hard to really prove this via screenshots)
