Description of issue
Hi! I've noticed something on my new save with the new Winter Update. Despite providing players from the A team to the u21 for friendly games, they're not being used.
E.g: 
I've sent many players to the u21 squad (some have more than 21y/o, but this is pre-season and there are no restrictions on age), all asked by the u21 coach. But not even one is used. All players used were "grey" ones (even actual u21 players were left out):
This didn't happen before the Winter Update. It's already the 3rd u21 match that the u21 coach asks me for and never uses anyone.
This is my first issue raised so I'm still trying to understand out to raise one properly. If you need more details, please let me know
