Rennes - Instalments for Ismaila Sarr not paid/delayed

I have uploaded my save files. The v05 is from pre-August in the save, the other file is from August (once the instalments have been delayed/shifted).

File names are as follows:

Jake Holloway - Rennes 23.4 Original.fm

Jake Holloway - Rennes 23.4 Original (v05).fm

Update - the instalment was paid in September instead, with now only one €7.82M instalment left for Watford to pay. However, a similar issue has arisen with the instalments for Edouard Mendy - these have been delayed by a year as well (meant to be each September from 2022 to 2025). Perhaps the issue is a glitch delaying payments by a month maybe?
