    Description of issue

    In off-season, I can't renew expiring contract for about the same amount because it appears to double-count player's wages.

    • Just finished 21/22 Season and in off-season break (March 2022)
    • Player Wage is $28,000/yr (contract expires 6/30/22)
    • Wage Budget is $140,160/yr; Current Spending listed as $109,592; Committed Spending = $116, 472/yr; "Next Season's Payroll Budget" listed as $140k;
    • 22/23 Commitment (including player trying to renew) is $110k/yr per Salary Commitment page
    • 23/24 Commitment is $9,750

    When I attempt to renew the $28k player's salary, I can only go up to ~$24k (I'm assuming the $140k budget less the $116k Committed) and I don't have enough to resign player even though I believe his salary is already included in the $116k Committed Spending total.

    In looking at it further, it appears the players expiring at end of 21/22 season (6/30/22 contract expiration) are errantly listed in the 22/23 season salary commitments which is preventing me from having enough room to resign them for 22/23.  I've tried both immediate contracts and contracts starting next season (7/1/22) and both options count their salary as already committed which doesn't leave enough remaining salary space to resign them.
