Description of issue

When I go to adjust my transfer budget/wage budget the slider doesn't work how it should. When I have excess transfer budget that I want to put into the wage budget, when I slide the slider it cancels out all of my transfer budget, puts it to a negative amount and doesn't increase my wage budget. This seems to have only started happening since the latest update.

Any advice would be massively appreciated. The board keep having a go at me because I'm £500 p/w over the wage budget even though I have £2 million in transfer budget (but can't move it over due to the above).
