Description of issue
During the ''board set initial budgets'' message i was under an embargo for a takeover so I assumed that them putting the wage budget down a lot and going into negative transfer budget (?) sort of made sense but then I got took over, its been about a month in pre season and the budgets are still looking the same unchanged and the new owner has put more into overall balance though. My wage budget for last season was about 90k for reference was spending about 80 during the season then boom goes down to 70 during the embargo. I also simmed a little bit to the point where i could request more transfer or wage budget and they declined. Any help appreciated on what to do here. Thanks :).
