  • Upgrading youth facilities option does not appear in board request tab

    Description of issue

    I don't have the option to ask the board to upgrade youth facilities. I'm in 2028 I've upgraded everything there is to execpt for this, I look every couple months to see if the option appears but with no luck. The save name is Wiselka rebuild.fm
