Description of issue

I'm not sure if this is a bug. I just joined the club on that day and they are expecting me to cut the wage by an insane amount despite being in the Champions League Qualifiers. I get that the club is not in a great finacial position but this seems very harsh.

Do you have a save file from around the time the budget was set and we can review the finances in more depth?
