Being asked to vote on Belgian coach of the year as manager of Crystal Palace, and nationality is English/nigerian

Same happened to me as Ajax coach, so it seems to be an issue with this particular award.... It does mention "this award is voted for by Club and National managers around the world". Posted bout it myself too haha (including some reproduction savegames). Seems to be not the "coach of the year" award, but some "good conduct" one.

Thanks for flagging. This is a known issue we hope to have fixed for release.  

We believe this is an issue we resolved in one of our previous updates, but do let us know if you ever spot it again.
