Description of issue
Playing as Sham Shui Po in Hong Kong and in game they play at the Sham Shui Po Sports Ground which is located in Cheung Sha Wan, 1 mile away from the centre of Sham Shui Po. At the end of the first season in game where we finished 8th out of 10 teams the board have decided to look to build a new stadium to "relocate the club back to their home city".
To me this doesn't make any sense:
- the current stadium isn't far enough away for that to be an issue
- the club are currently only paying £442 a year to rent the stadium
- we have lost £300k this season, effectively wiping out the starting balance so we can hardly afford to upgrade the squad let alone pay for a new stadium
- we have only had an average attendance of 527 with a capacity of 2194
- I realistically don't think there is room to build a brand new stadium purely for the club in Sham Shui Po in real life
