Description of issue

Rules allowed 5 substitutes but stuck at 4 and I couldn't send the 5th player on pitch.

How many stoppages of play did you make? It'll be 5 subs, but also only 3 stoppages.

ie, 2x 60th min, 2x 75th min, 1x 89th min.

If you made 2x 60th min, 1x 70th min, 1x 80th min, you'd be prevented from making a 5th sub.
