    Description of issue

    Not really sure if this is a bug or not, nor am I sure if this is the right place. But just had the World Cup in my game, England and Portugal both got knocked out in the second round but both managers are still in their jobs and didn't even reach any level of instability according to the job security screen? 

    Surely in real life if Southgate failed to top the group and went out in the second round he would get sacked?

    Opinions and more opinions. Nothing weird about this. Example: Simeone in Atletico Madrid, doesn´t almost anything a cup here and there, and still is their coach!! If in REAL life happens why not in the game.

    This isn´t even a bug or anything, only an opinion.
