Description of issue
News item comes up as it usually does after a new manager has had time to settle into a club, Vincent Kompany has taken over Spurs who currently sit in 18th. News item states his tenure so far has been so so, however it outlays their expectations this season was to challenge for the league but they currently sit in the relegation zone.
Previous season they finished 11th. So not sure whether expecting to go straight back to challenging for the league is realistic, or whether the news item should be more critical of a team looking at being relegated were wanting to be at the top end of the table
