    Description of issue

    Hello,

    I've been promoted with the FC Versailles in the ligue 1 from the 3rd division in 4 seasons;

    I started the game without my B and u19 teams participating to any leagues. I though it was normal because i was only playing in the third division. I waited to be in ligue 1 to see if it was a bug or normal but i still have no option to register my B and u19 teams for any competitions except the UEFA youth league for the u19 team.

    I don't know what to do to change that, its a bit frustrating because i can develop the talents coming from my youth infrastructure.

    The name of the file is "Fabrice Galois - FC Versailles 78.fm". That's my last save.
