Description of issue
Compare how we can change the position in the queue for penalty or free kicks and how we can change the position in the planner for the next seasons.
I think this should be fixed quickly.
In the planner, if we drag and drop a player, they will go to the position we placed them in, and the rest of the queqe follows the same order.
In penalties and other set-pieces, if we place a player in a different position, he will change his position with the player who was in that new position.
For example, penalties. Player from position 1 goes to position 5:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7 -> 5-2-3-4-1-6-7
Sample planner:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7 -> 2-3-4-5-1-6-7
